Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds are available for items returned within 5 days of receiving item(s). To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are exempt from being refunded, including:
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items
  • Custom-made or personalized products

Returns Process

  1. Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at orders@manuzaclothing.com or WhatsApp on 068 101 2399. Include your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Shipping: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item(s). You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  3. Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuerโ€™s policies.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at orders@manuzaclothing.com or WhatsApp on 068 101 2399.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you havenโ€™t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If youโ€™ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at Contact Us.
